Mary LeRanch does not accept exchanges or refunds due to labor and hygiene purposes. Pieces are made individually for every customer.

If the jewellery breaks within 15 days upon receiving it, the item will be exchanged for a new one with no additional costs. In this case, just send a photo of the defect via email and we will arrange a new one to be shipped to you.
